摘要
研究了超出GB 151—1999《钢制管壳式换热器》规定的大型钢制管壳式换热反应器的制造工艺。通过对设备的技术特性、结构特点和材料选用展开分析,提出了相应的制造工艺和质量控制点,包括筒体制造、管板加工和换热管的处理等几个关键零部件的特殊工艺措施,完善了控制组装精度和焊接变形的设备总装工艺路线。设备制造外观质量检验符合图纸控制要求、射线无损检测评定合格100%,同时也积累了制造大型高精度管壳式换热反应器的宝贵经验。
Large steel tubular heat exchanging reactor, which is beyond the applicable scope of GB151 - 1999, was studied. Based on the analysis of the technical features, structure characteristics and material selection of this equipment, the relevant fabrication process and quality control points were proposed, including cylindrical shell fabrication, tubesheet machining and tube treatment. In this way, the equipment general assembly process, which controls the precision and the weld deformation, was improved. Thus, the outward appearance was compliant with the drawing requirements and the result of X - ray NDT was 100% qualification. Through this engineering practice, the practical experience of manufacturing large and high precision tubular heat exchanger was obtained.
