摘要
利用有限元弹塑性分析方法,对含体积型缺陷的压力管道进行了非线性分析,研究了腐蚀缺陷的长度、宽度和深度对压力管道极限载荷的影响。并和含腐蚀缺陷管道的全尺寸爆破试验结果以及ASME B31G计算的结果进行对比,证明有限元方法在分析腐蚀缺陷管道的可行性。
In this paper, using elastic-plastic finite element analysis method, a nonlinear analysis is carried out on the pressure piping with volume defects. The influences of the length, width and depth of defects to the limit load of pressure piping were studied. Compared with the result from explosion test of full size piping with corrosion defect and the result from the method of ASME B31G, the finite element method has been proved feasible in the analysis of the piping with corrosion defect.
