重视上下呼吸道炎症反应的相关性 被引量：1

摘要 炎症反应是重要的病理生理反应，它不是一个疾病，而是疾病的一种表现。它具有有利的作用，如消灭入侵病原菌，从而防止感染的扩散；它也可引起疾病，如脑脓肿及其周围的炎症反应作为占位性病变，可致命地压迫周围的重要结构，慢性炎症反应导致的纤维化使组织变形并永久性失去或改变其功能。呼吸道是人体重要的器官，有其独特的解剖特点和生理功能，当发生炎症反应时，发生独特的临床表现和功能改变，其结果是：呼吸道通气和引流障碍，
