摘要
目的探讨导致一起群体性皮肤过敏事件的原因和控制措施。方法通过流行病学调查查找致敏原,对患者血清的吸入组过敏原筛查试验结果进行分析。结果因未及时清洗中央空调,开启空调通风系统时,空气中的粉尘、悬浮颗粒夹带螨虫、真菌等生物因子随空调尘埃吹出,使接触该环境的人群发生变态反应,表现为暴露于空气中的皮肤出现过敏反应。经对中央空调的过滤网进行清洗;对现有病例进行诊断和鉴别诊断,给予抗过敏治疗,2个月内控制了此次群体性皮肤过敏事件,并未再发现新病例。结论应加强对中央空调的清洗和管理,避免类似不良事件的发生。
Objective To evaluate the causes and control measures of a group accident of dermal hypersensitivity. Methods Sensitinogen was investigated through epidemiological methods, inhalation sensitinogen screen tests of patients' serum were analysed. Results The air conditioners were not cleaned timely, when the air conditioners were turned on, some biological factors such as mite and fungi in air dust and suspension granule were blown,so population who contacted the environment developed allergic reaction, the manifestation was dermal hypersensitivity. After the central air conditioners were cleaned, and cases were diagnosed and differentially diagnosed, patients received anti-allergic treatment, the accident was controlled, no new cases occurred. Conclusion The clean and management of central air conditioners should be stressed, so as to avoid the occurrence of such accident.
