关于民办高校内涵式发展的思考

Reflecting on the Connotative Type Development of Civilian-run Colleges and Universities

内涵式发展是强调以质量为主导的发展。在我国的高等教育进入大众化阶段后,民办高校应实施战略重心的转移,追求"质量立校,人才强校,特色兴校"等办学内涵的教育理念,采取以内涵式发展为主、外延式发展为辅的发展模式,使整体办学水平进一步得到提高和升华。

The connotative development is one that stresses to take the quality as the leading factor. While after our country＇s higher education entering into popularizing stage, the civilian -run colleges and universities should carry out the change of strategic focus, seek the connotative education ideas of ＂running school with quality; strengthening school with men of ability and prospering school with features＂ ; take the developing model with connotative development as the principle, denotation type development as the main factor and the denotation type development as the auxiliary factor, so as to make the whole school -running level be further enhanced and distillated.
