摘要
目的建立补阳还五合剂各药味定性方法。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别。结果在各药味的薄层色谱中,供试品溶液在与对照药材相应位置上有相同颜色的清晰斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论定性方法专属性强,可用于补阳还五合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the qualitative scheme of each Chinese medicine in Buyanghuanwu Mixture. Methods Thin layer chromatography （TLC）method was used to identify each Chinese medicine. Results Each Chinese medicine could be distinguished, and there was no interference in negative control. Conclusion The method has special attributes. It can be used in the quality control of Buyang Huanwu Mixture.
