摘要
北宋主管贬降官员叙复的机构因犯罪官员的身份不同而不同,不同时期主管叙复的机构也有变化。北宋有三种叙复模式:一是皇帝特旨叙复,二是赦降叙复,三是期叙。无论哪种模式,皇帝的意见在官员的叙复中都起着关键作用。叙复内容包括落职官员的复职、降官、降差遣官员叙复官资和差遣、贬谪官的量移、由比较重的贬降措施叙复为比较轻的措施、编入党籍的官员出籍、解除党禁等。
In the period of North Song dynasty, the organizations that managed examining to re-employ the demoted officials were different according to the different position of the demoted officials and they also changed in different times. There were three models for re-employments then. The first was to re-employ according to the special order of pardon given by the emperor;the second was to re-employ and decrease the position according to the order of pardon, and the third was to re-employ according to certain period. But no matter in what models, the emperor' s opinion played key part. The re-employed content included :re-employing the officials that had been out of position, those that had been decreased their positions ; re-employing those with moving to other place. ; re-employing those from the higher position to the lower position; re-employing those that had been organized into offended party list by removing them from the list and so on.
