摘要
目的建立黄芪益气胶囊的指纹图谱检测标准。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法分别检测黄芪药材和黄芪益气胶囊,以黄芪甲苷对照品为参照物,计算相对保留时间和峰面积比值,标定共有指纹峰。结果对10批黄芪益气胶囊样品进行了HPLC-ELSD,建立了该制剂的指纹图谱。结论HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱中6个共有峰的相对保留时间和峰面积比值,可作为黄芪益气胶囊质量评价的重要依据之一。
Objective To establish the fingerprint detecting standard of Huangqiyiqi Capsule. Methods By adopting HPLC- ELSD, astragaloside Ⅳ was used as reference material. To analyze Radix Astragali and Huangqiyiqi Capsule, calculate their relative retention time and area proportionality of peaks, and to determine the common peaks of fingerprint. Results 10 batches of sample capsules were tested and analyzed for establishing HPLC- ELSD fingerprint of the capsules. Conclusion 6 common peaks as well as their relative retention time and area proportionality on HPLC- ELSD can be used as the important parameters of the quality control for Huangqiyiqi Capsule.
