康尔心胶囊的薄层层析研究

Study for Kangerxin Capsule by TLC

目的建立康尔心胶囊中三七、人参、何首乌、枸杞子、丹参5种主药的薄层鉴别方法。方法通过改变吸附剂、展开剂、显色剂,筛选出适宜的层析条件。结果各主药成分分离好,有效成分斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰。结论5种主药的薄层鉴别可作为该药品质量控制的定性鉴别方法。

Objective To establish the TLC method for the identification of Radix notoginseng, Radix et rhizoma ginseng, Radix polygoni multiflori, Fructus lycii, Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae in Kangerxin Capsule. Methods To select best chromatographic condition by trial and error, making changes in sorbent, developing agent. Results For the identification on the five main herbs in the capsules, the ingredients were found wellseparately, clearlyspotted active principle and noninterference negative sample. Conclusion The identification can be used for the quality control of Kangerxin Capsule.
