摘要
目的了解医院门、急诊抗菌药物不合理使用情况。方法随机抽取2007年1～5月份门、急诊处方并进行统计分析。结果共审核处方45000张,其中抗菌药物处方6810张,存在不合理用药处方1570张,分别在选药、给药方案、溶剂选用、药理作用、合并用药以及重复用药方面存在问题。结论抗菌药物使用仍需进一步规范,处方审核将有助于促进抗菌药物合理使用。
Objective To investigate the situation of antibiotics prescriptions of the outpatient and emergency department in our hospital. Methods The prescriptions of the outpatient and emergency department from January to May 2007 were randomly sampled and irrational antibiotics prescriptions were analysed according to pharmacological knowledge and literatures. Results The total amount of the prescriptions was 45000, the prescriptions of antibiotics was 6 810, in which there were 1 570 irrational usages including some problems, such as used solvent, drug administration regimens, pharmacological effects, combined drugs and unsuitable frequency. Conclusion Use of antibiotics needs further improvement in our hospital. It is helpful for promoting antibiotics rational use by checking prescriptions.
