摘要
目的探讨大肠癌致肠梗阻的诊断及手术方式的选择。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月-2007年1月31例大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科诊治资料。结果31例患者均手术治疗,其中Ⅰ期切除吻合14例;Ⅰ期左半结肠或直肠上段癌切除,Hartmann结肠造口10例,无吻合口漏;死亡2例。结论重视对大肠癌致肠梗阻的认识,正确诊断,防止误诊,合理选择术式,减少并发症。
Objective To Study the diagnosis and operative method for patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma was analyzed retrospective. Results In 31 patients, 14 Cases were one-stage primary resection and anastomosis, 10 cases received left hemicolectomy and colostomy, without anastomotic leakage. 2 cases died. Condusions More attentions should be paid to intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma. Correct diagnosis and operative method are important for preventing misdiagnosis and reducing complication.
