摘要
用电化学氧化方法对粘胶基碳纤维进行表面处理。用xps分析测定了氧化处理前后碳纤维表面含氧官能团相对含量的变化,用BET分析了氧化处理对碳纤维的比表面积和孔径分布的影响,并分析了处理前后碳纤维润湿性能的变化情况。这些对于了解电化学氧化机理和碳纤维与树脂基质的粘结机理有重要意义。
Rayon-based carbon fibres were treated with the method of electrochemical oxidation. The amount of oxygen-containig groups on the carbon fibre surface were determined by XPS. The variety of the specific surface area and pore size distribution of treated carbon fibres was investigated by BET. The wettability of carbon fibres was increased after the treatment.
