摘要
用WAXD和DSC方法研究了熔纺的聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维的拉伸结晶行为,发现有效施行干热拉伸工艺的温度区间在初生纤维的Tg附近至冷结晶起始温度Tc之间,且90℃拉伸时所得纤维机械性能最好。无论结晶度还是结晶大小分布,均随拉伸工艺条件(拉伸温度、拉伸比等)不同而呈规律性的变化。
In this paper,the crystallization of the melt-spinning poly(phenyl ene sulfide)fibres in hot-stretching process has been studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Wide X-ray Diffraction(WAXD). Nearby Tg to below Tc(onset temperature of cold crystallization)is effective temperature region of hot-strectching process,and the fibre which drawed at 90 achieved the maximum mechanical properties. The crystallinity and crystalline mor-phology of the fibres changed regularly with drawn conditions (temperature .strectching ratio). Therefore the drawn conditions could be determined better.
