摘要
目的观察9复合氨基酸(9-AA)缓解非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者含顺铂(DDP)方案化疗肾毒性的疗效。方法60例肾功能正常的NSCLC化疗患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,动态检测血肌酐(sCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(cCr)、尿比重(uSG)以及尿酸碱度(upH),并对比它们在不同时间点的变化。结果两组BUN、sCr、uSG均随时间递增,以第三周期后最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);cCr和upH值则随时间递减差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);处理因素及其与时间因素的交互作用对cCr及uSG的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论9-AA对DDP治疗NSCLC患者肾毒性有较好缓解作用。
Objective To observe and evaluate preventive and therapeutic effects of 9-AA on cisplatin nephrotoxicity of NSCLC. Methods Sixty non-small-cell lung cancer patients with normal renal function and ready to receive chemotherapy were randomly assigned to two groups. Both groups received three cycles of chemotherapy program of 28 days with conventional diuretic hydration. To the 29 cases in the treated group 9-AA was given by vein once a day, 500 ml every time for 8 successive days and the other 31 cases in the control group were treated by chemotherapy alone. The BUN ( blood urea nitrogen ) , sCR ( serum creatinine ) , cCr ( creatinineclearance ) , uSG ( urine specific gravity) and upH ( urine power of hydrogen ) were monitored dynamically at different time points. Results The levels of BUN, sCr, uSG reached the peak at the 65th day in both groups, they came up gradually. However, only the cCr and in the treated group at the day 37, 65 was higer than that in control group at the corresponding time points ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while the contrary was observed in the uSG ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion 9-AA shows a marked effect in protecting and treating the renal damage caused by DDP.
