Relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein A and acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定急性冠脉综合征及稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者、健康对照组血清PAPP-A的水平,进行比较分析。结果ACS组中PAPP-A明显高于SAP患者和对照组(P<0.01)。结论PAPP-A可作为预测斑块稳定性的标志物。 Objective To investigate the relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein A （ PAPP-A ） and acute coronary syndrome. Method The serum PAPP - A was measured by ELISA in patients with acute coronery syndrome and the stable angina pectofis and normal subjects without CHD. Result The mean level of serum PAPP-A were higher in the ACS group than that in the SAP and control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion PAPP-A may act as one of the biomarkers of vulnerable plaques.
