Estimation of Neutral Particle Analyzer's Vacuum System in HT-7 Tokamak

中性粒子分析(NPA)是一种测量托卡马克中离子温度的方法。对目前HT-7上使用的中性粒子分析谱仪做出了较为详细的结构说明,重点说明并计算了剥离室内外的真空分布,并通过和实际测量对比,验证了系统结构的合理性,为今后新谱仪的设计提供了参考。

The Neutral Particle Analysis （NPA） is one kind of the effective method to measure the ion temperature in Tokamak device. This article has made detailed description on the system and principle of the NPA spectrometer used on HT-7,and has calculated vacuum pressure distribution inside and outside of the peeling room of the NPA spectrometer. In contrast with measurement value,the design of the NPA system and the pumping system chosen is confirmed reasonable, which will provide helpful reference for the future similar system design.
