The article discusses the necessity of national intervention to real estate under the Chinese unique linguistic context, and analyses the rationality and effect of macroeconomic regulation. The article also exposes the abnormal phenomena in estate market in China and put forward some good ways to resolve these problems ,which will have great significance for the steady development of socialist market economy and the realization of social justice.
