摘要
介绍了一种轴系动平衡的平衡原理及算法。根据在轴系系统属于线性系统的条件下,各平面的不平衡量对其它各面的影响符合叠加原理,可用影响系数法列出各面不平衡量与振动的关系式。通过四平面轴系动平衡实验,证明计算结果与加重质量相符。实验证明影响系数法是轴系动平衡分析的一种简便、可靠的方法。
This article introduce a kind of balance principle and algorithm about the ants system moving balance. In terms of the ants system belong to a linear system, the imbalance quality of every nat influencing on other fiats conform to stack principle. Thus take advantage of influence coefficient method line up the formula between the imbalance quality of every flat and vibration. By doing balance experiment to four flats ants system, We can manifest the calculation results fitting in with the increased quality. Moreover, the experiment demonstrate that the influence coefficient method is a simple and reLiabLe method to the analysis of ants system moving balance.
