摘要
运用ANSYS程序对榴弹的爆炸过程进行了仿真。设定引信从榴弹上部引爆炸药,通过仿真实验可以清楚的看到榴弹的爆炸过程。选取了5个具有典型性质的单元,对典型单元爆炸过程中的应力、速度等物理量进行了分析。经分析可知,弹体中部压力变化较均匀,有利于形成均匀的破片,且榴弹中部破片的速度比头部和底部破片的速度大,起爆后100μs时速度已达1400m/s;弹体底部易形成大块的破片,这是与实弹爆炸结果较一致。
In the paper the ANSYS/LS-DYNA is utilized for the course of projectile explosion. It is set that the fuse ignites the dynamite form the top of projectile, and the course of projectile exploding can be seen clearly through the simulating experiment. We select five units which are of typical character, and then have analyzed the physical quantity such as stress, speed in the exploding course of typical units. Through analysis, we found that the change of middle part stress is more symmetrical. It is easy to form symmetrical broken fiat, the forming speed is larger than the top and the bottom. It is easy for the bottom of the shell body to form big broken flats. The simulating result is consistent with that of live ammunition exploding.
