Harmonious society is the essential property of socialist society of Chinese style. Constructing harmonious society of socialist society of Chinese style in the countryside must be predicated on the overall sustained development in the countryside; to ensure various intrest relationship by system building, to practice harmony by the way of democracy ,to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and coordinate the development in the countryside by the mode of thinking of scientific development.
