摘要 目的明确正常兔脊髓水通道蛋白-4(AQP4)的表达分布规律,为进一步研究脊髓组织中水分子的运输及平衡调节提供理论依据。方法采用免疫组化技术检测AQP4在兔脊髓内的表达分布。结果AQP4在灰质的分布明显多于白质,主要为神经胶质细胞的细胞膜着色,脊髓中央管周围、软脊膜以及血管周围呈极性分布,邻近蛛网膜下腔、毛细血管内皮细胞和神经元的胶质细胞突起表达非常丰富。结论AQP4在兔脊髓内具有广泛的表达并且呈极性分布,主要集中在与水分子转运关系密切的部位,表明AQP4在脊髓内主要参与脊髓水代谢的调节。 Objective To examine the distribution and expression of AQP4 in normal rabbits spinal cord so as to provide theoretical basis for luther study spinal water transport and balance regulation.Methods Using the method of immunohistochemistry to Lable the expression of AQP4 in spinal cord of healthy adult rabbits. Results The expression of AQP4 is significant more in gray matter than white matter,the staining was mainly located on the cell membrane of glial cells. It is of polar contribution of AQP4 in spinal pia mater and around of spinal cord central canal and around of blood vessel. Extensive AQP4-immunolabeling is observed on glial processes adjacent to capillaries,subarachnoid cavity and adjacent to neurons. Conclusion AQP4 is widely expressed in rabbits spinal cord and AQP4 mainly concentrate in such location of close relation with water transportion,suggesting that AQP4 may be involved in spinal water metabolism.
