双酚A对雄性小鼠血清中NO、NOS及睾丸组织形态学的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨双酚A对雄性小鼠生殖功能损害。方法腹腔注射染毒,观察双酚A对雄性小鼠睾丸的病理损伤和血清中NO含量和NOS活性的变化。结果双酚A引起生精细胞与支持细胞发生分离,排列紊乱,从基底膜脱落入管腔,支持细胞和生精细胞核染色质凝聚成絮状。双酚A使小鼠血清中NO含量和NOS活性升高。结论双酚A具有雌激素样作用,对雄性小鼠生殖功能有损伤,这种作用可能与脂质过氧化有关。 Objective To study the damage of bisphenol A on reproductive system of male mice.Methods Inject the eagent into abdominal cavity of adult mice. Then observe the result of testis and epididym viscera coefficient and the concentration of NO, activity of NOS in the sperm of male mice. Results The disattachment between sertoli' s cell and sperm atogonia, sperm atogonia arranged in disorder and displacement of sperm atogonia away from the basement membrance of seminiferous tubules as well as the flocculated chrom atins of nuclei in sertoli' s cells and sperm atogonia were observed. And the concentration of NO, activity of NOS in the sperm of male mice. Conclusion Bisphenol A can destroy the reproductive system of male mice like estrogen, which may be related with the lipid peroxide.
