摘要
现存《永乐大典》中引录明代以前儿科文献130余种,记载了小儿急慢惊风、小儿慢脾风、小儿慢肝风,小儿衄血、小儿诸丹等30多种儿科病证,载录儿科临证方剂1600余首,特殊儿科疾病治法十余种。对这些文献进行研究分析,可从中发掘有实用价值的儿科临证方剂与治法。
The existing Yongle Canon contains over one hundred and thirty pediatrics literature, which recorded more than thirty kinds of pediatric disease, including acute and chronic infantile convulsion, infantile Man Pifeng, infantile ophthalmic pain, infantile non-traumatic hemorrhage and infantile erysipelas etc, over 1600 prescriptions and a great number of therapies. This paper summed up the pediatrics literature in Yongle Canon to explore pediatric formulas and therapies with clinical values.
