扶正活血抗癌方对H_(22)肝癌小鼠抑瘤及免疫调节的实验研究

Tumor Inhibiting and Immunoloregulation Effects of "Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription" on H_(22) Cancer-Bearing Mice

目的:探讨扶正活血抗癌方对H22肝癌小鼠抑瘤及免疫调节的作用。方法:选择移植性肝癌H22小鼠为模型,设生理盐水组(对照组)10只,予生理盐水灌胃;实验组(治疗组)10只,予扶正活血抗癌方灌胃,均为15d。观察扶正活血抗癌方的抑瘤作用,检测T淋巴细胞增殖功能、NK细胞杀伤功能、T淋巴细胞表型变化及IFN-γ、IL-4含量。结果:扶正活血抗癌方对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤有显著的抑制作用,抑瘤率为28%;实验组小鼠NK细胞杀伤百分数均比生理盐水组显著增加(P<0.01);与生理盐水组相比,实验组更能改变T淋巴细胞亚群比例;实验组小鼠T细胞分泌IFN-γ及IL-4能力均有显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:扶正活血抗癌方具有抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用,对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有一定调节作用。其作用机制包括增强小鼠体内T细胞免疫功能、NK细胞的杀伤功能以及体液免疫功能。

Objective：To investigate the mechanisms of tumor inhibiting and immunoloregulation of ＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription＂ on H22 cancer-bearing mice. Methods：H22 cancer-bearing mice were chosen to observe the effects of tumor inhibiting and detect the proliferation function of T lymphocytes,the toxicity function of NK cells,the changes of T lymphocytes and the contents of interferon-γ and interleukin-4. Results：＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription＂ could obviously inhibit the growth of H22 cancer in mice,and the tumor inhibition rate was 28%. The percentage of NK cells in ＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription＂ -treated group were obviously higher than those in the normal control group（P〈 0.01）. The subpopulation proportion of T lymphocytes in ＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription＂-treated group was changed more than the normal control group. The production of interferon-γ and interleukin-4 by T lymphocytes obviously increased in ＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription ＂-treated group （P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01）. Condusion：＂Fuzheng Huoxue Kangai Prescription＂ has the effect of inhibiting the growth of tumor constitution and regulating immunological function on mice with tumor. Its mechanisms include the reinforcement of T lymphocyte immune funetion,NK cell killing function and humoral immune function.
