摘要
作为泰罗主义与梅奥主义的联结人,玛丽.帕克.福利特坚持团体主义与民主主义,以此为基础,在组织中形成了重视结合与建设性冲突,权威与责任的情景规律,相互服务的领导方式等管理理论。教育管理当从福利特的理论中得到启示与借鉴:发扬民主、讲究合作、提倡服务、立足情景与信守道德。
As the connector of Taylorism and Mayoism, Mary Park Follett emphasizes Collectivism and Democratism. And based on these, the following administrational theories come into being in organization: combining and constructive conflict, the situational rules of authority and obligation, service leadership, and so on. Along with the ideas of opening, integration, co-existing and harmony, the educational administration has obtained new illumination from Follett's thoughts, coming to the conclusion that the school management should be the democratic, facilitating, situational, cooperative and moral management.
