胃代膀胱术与组织工程膀胱重建

摘要 许多原因可以导致正常膀胱组织的缺失,如膀胱肿瘤、外伤、感染、炎症、先天性畸形和医源性损伤等,由此需要尿流改道或膀胱的修复、替代及重建。1811年Hayes开创膀胱全切后双侧输尿管皮肤造瘘术这一最早的尿流改道术以来,人类已经为此进行了近200年的科学探索。1852年Simon首次报道了输尿管乙状结肠吻合术,开创了肠道在膀胱替代成形方面应用的先河,
