设施内杏梅、李及杏远缘杂交试验

摘要 试验以设施内杏梅、李及杏等3种核果类果树为试材,进行了远缘杂交试验。研究结果表明:①母本的不同花期授粉,坐果率差异很大,铃铛花期授粉坐果率显著地高于初花期授粉坐果率。②不同杂交组合的坐果率差异显著,在同一母本(杏梅)的杂交组合中,以金太阳杏作父本的杂交组合坐果率最高,为23.8%。以平顶香李作父本的杂交组合坐果率最低,为7.1%。③杏(♂)×李(♀)组合虽然杂交亲和性较高,但杂种败育率也很高。杏(♂)×杏梅(♀)组合虽然杂交亲和性较低,但杂种败育率也很低。 The experiment of distant hybridization has been conducted among three varieties of armeniaca, plum and apri- cot. The result showed: (1) Setting percentage was different in different pollination stage and obviously higher in balloon stage than in early blooming stage. (2) Setting percentage was different in different cross-combinations. In all cross-combinations with the same female parent(armeniaca), the ones with apricot variety Jin tai yang as male parent had the highest setting percentage. QBoth cross-compatibility and embryo degeneration of hybrids in plums× apricots were higher, but lower in armeniacas×apricots. A set of byhid individuals had been obtained from this experiment.
