探讨在公共卫生安全领域引入惩罚性赔偿制度。结合我国公共卫生安全领域当前存在的相关问题,深入分析惩罚性赔偿制度及其构成要件、计算方法。在各种危及公众生命健康安全的事件频频发生的背景下,引入惩罚性赔偿制度,严格界定惩罚性赔偿的构成要件,可从整体上促进社会公共卫生的安全与和谐。

To introduce the punitive compensation system into Chinese public security area. Further analyze the punitive compensation system and its compositions and calculating methods regarding current problems in the public security area of China. Although the punitive compensation system hasn＇t been established in China yet, it is absolutely necessary to establish the system especially under the current background of frequent occurrence of public security accidents so that punitive compensation compositions could be strictly defined to promote social public security and harmony as a whole.
