摘要
建立神农镇痛膏中士的宁的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中马钱子中的士的宁进行定量分析。色谱柱：SHIMADZU shim—pack VP-ODS柱；流动相：0．03mol·L^-1甲酸溶液-乙腈（90：10）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：254nm；士的宁进样量在0．04092-1．023μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），回收率102．3％（RSD=0．9％）。方法可靠，准确、专属性强，可有效控制神农镇痛膏的质量。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of strychnine in Shennong Zhentong Strapping. SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS column was used with 0. 03mol · L^-1 methanoic acid - acetonitrile （90 ： 10） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mol · L^-1 , and the detecting wavelength was 254nm. The Linear range was 0. 04092-1.023μg （r= 0. 9998） for strychnine. The average recovery rate of strychnine was 102.3% （RSD =0.9%）. The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Shennong Zhentong Strapping.
