多种靶向药物联合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察联合多种靶向药物治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的近期疗效。方法应用全反式维甲酸(ATRA)、反应停、丙戊酸、安特尔联合治疗MDS 8周,其中RAEB-T另加用高三尖杉酯碱(Har)化疗。结果低危(RA)2例进步,中危(RAEB)4例,PR 1例,无效3例,高危(RAEB-T)1例PR。总有效率57%。结论ATRA、反应停、丙戊酸、安特尔联合治疗MDS疗效较好,对高危患者联合化疗疗效更好。
