摘要 简述了细观损伤力学的研究进展,分析了细观损伤力学对金属塑性加工的重要意义。在金属塑性加工中,对大部分塑性成形工序,应抑制损伤的产生与发展,以提高材料的变形能力;对分离工序,应创造合适的断裂条件,以保证获得良好的断面质量。以细观损伤力学在精密冲裁和超塑性成形中的应用为例,分析了材料细观裂纹的形成过程以及材料损伤断裂的原因,提出了细观损伤力学理论和应用上的局限性,以拓宽细观损伤力学的发展和工程应用。 Research progresses of meso-damage mechanics were summarized and its significations in metal plastic forming were analyzed. In metal plastic forming, the damage should be suppressed in majority of working procedures to enhance material forming ability, and in separating procedures, appropriate break condition should be created to obtain the good cross section quality. Taking fine blanking and superplastici forming as the examples of applying meso-damage mechanics, the formation process of microcracks and the causes of material damaging fracture were analyzed, and the limitation both on theory and applies of meso-damage mechanics were put forward in order to broaden the development and application of meso-damage mechanics.
