摘要
针对铝锥旋压成形中出现的质量缺陷,通过有限元分析模拟其成形过程。分析了产生缺陷的原因,并验证了不同工艺参数条件下旋压制品的成形特点,为制定旋压工艺方案提供参考。同时,在旋压试验中验证、优化模拟结果。结果表明,模拟分析有效地展现了旋压过程中的各种异常变形及其原因,如破裂、翻边、褶皱、失稳等,为制定、优化旋压工艺提供了有益的指导,在旋压加工中有效地避免了上述缺陷,提高了产品质量,简化了工艺试验方案,提高了生产效率。
An analysis of spinning quality defect on aluminium sheet taper was carried out and studied based on simulation of spinning by finite element method. The characteristics of spinning on various technical parameters were exhibited and the key factor was searched as guidance for spinning technics for which the spinning tests were developed to validate and optimize the simulated result. It is concluded that multi-abnormity distortions were exhibited in spinning simulation, such as rupture, flange-warp, drape, unstable state and so on. The spinning technics was valuably instituted and optimized. The spinning quality and producing efficiency were improved evidently with the quality defects being avoided.
