矩形花键轴开式冷挤压成形力的数值模拟研究 被引量:10

摘要 成形力大小是决定花键轴开式冷挤压成形工艺成败的关键因素。借助刚塑性有限元软件Deform-3D,采用数值模拟的方法分析了矩形花键轴冷挤压过程中,坯料直径、凹模入模半角及键齿尺寸对花键成形力的影响。模拟计算表明,随着坯料直径的增加以及入模半角的增大会引起成形力显著提高;此外,键齿高度的增加及宽度的减小也会引起成形力增加。工艺实验表明,数值模拟的结果对实际生产可起到指导作用。 The forming force is the key factor in open type cold extrusion process. Based on the method of numerical simulation, the diameter of steel billet, entrance half angle of concave die and the dimension of spline were analyzed for the forming force on the spline processing with the help of a rigid-plasticity finite element software Deform 3D. The simulation results show that the forming force will be increased markedly by increasing the diameter of steel billet and the entrance half angle. In addition, the forming force will be increased by raising or narrowing the spline. The pro cessing tests show that the result of numerical simulation will be the guidance of production practice.
