摘要
楔横轧模具设计属弱理论领域,主要依赖设计人员的知识和经验,因此模具设计具有很强的主观性、随意性和不确定性。本文首先根据楔横轧轧件的特点,提出了构造楔横轧轧件的基本单元体。然后利用分类编码技术对轧件的单元体特征以及轧件的整体特征进行编码。最后在此基础上,实现基于编码的楔横轧轧件相似性计算方法与比较匹配策略。研究结果对实现楔横轧模具设计知识的继承、繁衍、集成、创新和管理具有十分重要的意义。
Cross wedge roiling, belonging to the field of infirmness theory, mostly depends on the knowledge and experience from designer's practice. There are strong subjectivity, optional and uncertainty. The basic body of parts which according to the character of the cross wedge rolling parts was provided firstly. Then, the features of basic body and part were coded by using technology of classification and coding. Finally, the comparability algorithms and matching strategies were introduced to retrieve and match the most promising candidate units. The research benefits to realizing the succession, reproduction, integration, innovation and management of the design knowledge of die and mould.
