摘要 当航煤反应的温度、压力上升时,反应深度会增大,这样易导致消耗过多的能量,增加生产成本。经研究,通过降低航煤反应温度、压力来调节反应深度,可在节能降耗的同时也保证了航煤电导率的合格。生产试验结果表明:适当降低航煤反应温度和压力不仅能保证航煤产品的各项指标合格,而且还达到了节能降耗的目的。 When the temperature and pressure of the raffinate aviation fuel reaction rise, respond the reaction depth will enlarge. It's easy to consume excessive energy and increase production cost. Drew up a scheme after study about these problems, adjusting reaction depth by lower the temperature and pressure of the raffinate aviation fuel reaction not only saving energy and reducing consumption but promising the qualified conductivity of raffinate aviation fuel. The result of project experiments indicates: lower the temperature and pressure of the raffinate aviation fuel reaction not only can promise the various index of raffinate aviation fuel product is qualified, but saves energy and reduces consumption.
