乙二醛接枝聚丙烯酰胺湿强剂的合成与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对湿强损纸难以再制浆的缺点,采用水溶液聚合工艺以阳离子单体(DMC)与丙烯酰胺、乙二醛进行三元共聚反应,合成了损纸易回用型暂时性湿强剂。经实验得出了合成树脂的最佳条件:阳离子单体用量20%,引发剂用量0.3%,聚合单体浓度25%,乙二醛用量30%,三元反应温度65℃,反应时间120min。应用结果表明该树脂是一种优良的暂时性湿强剂。 The present situation and development of the preparation and application of domestic and international paper wet strengthening agents are summarized in this paper. Aiming at the difficulties in repulping broke with wet strength, a temporary wet strengthening agent is synthesized through a terpolymerization with cationic monomer (DMC), acrylamide (AM)and glyoxal. Its application process was further studied from which the optimum operation condition is obtained for bleached hardwood pulp. And the result shows that the resin is a kind of excellent temporary wet strength agent.
