摘要
从上海近海分离出237株海洋细菌,利用平板筛选法对其产胞外淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶情况进行了分析,筛选出有较强的胞外蛋白酶分泌能力的菌株49株,胞外淀粉酶分泌能力的菌株31株和脂肪酶分泌能力的菌株17株,分别占总菌株数的20.8%、13.1%和7.2%;有19株菌具有多种较强的胞外酶分泌能力,其中2-W1、2-W2-1和1-3具有较强的分泌三种胞外酶的能力。
237 bacteria strains were isolated from the marine environment of Fengxian,Shanghai. Selection of these strains with plate was employed to analyze the producing extracellular enzymes marine microorganisms. 49 protease-excreted strains,31 amylase-excreted strains and ]7 lipase-excreted strains were isolated from 20.8%,13.1 % ,7.2% of the total bacteria, respectively. Among 19 strains which were capable of excreting 2-3 extracellular enzymes,2-W1 ,2-W2-1 and 1-3 exhibited obvious phenomena on the plate that indicated their vigorous activity.
