摘要
采用对比分析的方法,研究了影响笃斯越橘叶中黄酮类化合物提取量的多种因素,并通过L16(45)正交实验设计优化出超声波法提取笃斯越橘叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件:提取时间为45min,乙醇用量为130mL,提取温度为55℃,乙醇浓度为40%。
Based on contrast analysis, some factors that affect the extracting rate of fiavaoids from leaves of Vaccinium uliginosum L. were studied. The orthogonal design of L16 (4^5) was used to select the optimal technological conditions with supersonic method,and the optimal parameters were as follows: time 45min, quantity of alcohol 130mL,temperature 5.5 ℃, concentration of alcohol 40%.
