摘要
为了探索黄花菜粗卵磷脂的提取条件,以干制黄花菜为实验材料,以乙醇为提取剂。选择乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间等因素进行单因素实验;在此基础上,进行了三因素三水平正交实验。实验结果表明,当乙醇浓度为85%,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为60min时,可以有效地提取黄花菜中粗卵磷脂达0.75%。
In order to obtain the conditions for crude lecithin from daylily, dried daylily was used as material, and reagent for abstracting lecithin was ethanol. The concentration of ethanol, temperature and time were selected to be factors for single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that when the concentration of ethanol, temperature and time were 85% ,50℃ and 60min respectively,the crude lecithin from daylily was obtained to be 0.75%.
