摘要
研究了艾蒿中黄酮的提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,选定提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度三个因素的三个水平进行中心组合实验。得出了提取艾蒿黄酮的最佳工艺条件:温度72℃,时间149min,乙醇浓度56%,料液比1∶20,提取2次。采用AB-8型大孔树脂对艾蒿醇提物中黄酮进行纯化,产物纯度为69.37%,黄酮得率为4.78%。
The technology of extracting flavonoids from Artemisia argyi was studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows:extraction temperature was 72℃, extraction time was 149min for two times, concentration of ethanol was 56%, the rate of solvent to material was 20:1.AB- 8 type macroporous resin were selected to separate and purificate flavonoids from Artemisia argyl Results showed that the purity of flavonoids from Artemisia argyi was 69.37% ,the yield of flavonoids was 4.78%.
