折叠式静电纤维的吸附性能测定

摘要 为了解折叠式静电纤维过滤材料对空气中IP、CO的吸附能力,选择5家工厂生产的7种折叠式静电纤维无纺布作为吸附材料,采用小室试验的方法,测定其对IP(≤1μm)、CO的吸附能力。结果表明,折叠式静电纤维对IP、CO吸附效率60分钟内最高达60.7%和41.2%,最低为24.1%和7%。实验证明,折叠式静电纤维对IP具有较好的吸附能力,对CO的吸附效果不尽人意。可以认为,该材料能够有效地减低空气中IP浓度,是一种较为理想的去除可吸入颗粒物的过滤材料。 kinds of the folding electrostatic fiber(FEF) made by 5 factories were selected to determine their adsorptivity to IP (≤1μm) and CO in the air of the cupboard with volumn of 1 36m 3 The results showed that the adsorption rates of FEF to IP and CO reached 60.7% and 41.2% respectively at most,as well as 24 1% and 7% respectively at least within 60 minutes.It indicated that the adsorptive efficiency of FEF to IP was perfcet,while to CO was not satisfying.So the FEF might be thought as a good filtering material to effectively clean IP and decline its concentration in the air.
