摘要 通过建立喷雾器喷嘴内流体流动的计算模型,分析了计算流体力学方法(CFD)在模拟喷嘴流场方面的应用。比较了不同喷嘴结构形式下流体的流动特征,研究喷嘴突出长度、入口速度以及输入管内径对喷嘴雾化质量的影响。结果表明这些参数相互配合,存在最优值,为喷嘴结构优化设计提供信息及依据,对实际生产也具有指导意义。 The calculating model is created to simulate the flowing of fluid in nozzle and the Computer fluid dynamics (CFD for acronym) is applied to analyze the flow field of nozzle in sprayer. When the structure of nozzle is changed, different flow field will be obtained. By comparing with different flow characteristics of fluid in nozzle, some parameters such as extended length of nozzle, entrance velocity of fluid and the inlet pipe radius are studied to analyze the influence to the atomization quality. The simulation results show that these parameters match with each other and there are optimal values. The simulation results will be helpful to optimal structural design of nozzle and they provide reliable instruction for the practical production of nozzle.
