摘要
通过对共轭凸轮从动件运动规律的分析,求出从动件摆动角度和凸轮转动角度之间的关系。由此建立坐标系,利用2点距离求出共轭凸轮每个角度所对应的向径。从动件的运动规律曲线和凸轮理论廓线可由MATLAB软件绘制,机构建模和仿真分析则在SolidWorks软件中进行,以实例验证此方法的可行性。从而为共轭凸轮机构的设计提供了一种简单有效的方法。
The relationship between oscillating angles of follower and rotating angles of cam was achieved by analyzing kinematical law of follower. By which, a system of coordinates was built and radiuses vector against angles of conjugating cams were solved basing distance of two points. The followers' kinematical curves and the theoretical contour lines of conjugating cams were plotted by using software MATLAB. Moreover, model building of cam-follower system and simulation-analysis were accomplished by using software SolidWorks. Finally, the feasibility of the solution was proved with an instance. Thereby, an easy and effective way was provided for design of cam-follower system.
