摘要
从研究重力给料的特点出发,分析了给料系统中有关参数的选择,包括料斗形式和料斗半顶角的确定,物料速度的计算,设计出重力给料的2种给料方案,即双料门供料机构和单料门供料机构。
Based on the characteristics of the gravity feed ,analysing the choice of relevant parameters in feeding system,including the definition of hopper forms and semivertex angle of hopper as well as and the calculation of material delivery speed, two kinds of feeding schemes were designed-feeding structure of double doors and feeding structure of one door.
