摘要
氧化镁膨胀量的计算模型大都为经验性公式,在应用上具有局限性。为此,从MgO水化反应的本质出发,在混凝土等效龄期和水化度概念的基础上,提出新的基于水化度的MgO混凝土自生体积变形计算模型。该模型反映了氧化镁混凝土膨胀的基本规律,又能很好地与试验数据吻合,可模拟经历任意温度过程的氧化镁的膨胀量。
At present, most of the computing models for calculating the expansion of MgO are empirical formulas with some limitations in the actual application. Therefore, in accordance with the essence of the hydration reaction of MgO, a new computing model for autogenous volume deformation of MgO concrete based on degree of hydration is put forward herein on the basis of the concept of the equivalent age and degree of hydration. The model not only reflects the basic law of the the expansion of MgO concrete, but can also accord with the data from the experiment concerned, and then can simulates MgO expansion process under any temperature exactly as well.
