摘要
设计了一种基于CAN总线的叉车状态监测系统。该系统对叉车运行中的各种特征参数进行在线监测,为评估叉车技术状态、分析故障隐患、实现状态维修提供了基础。对系统的整体结构、硬件接口电路和配置、软件设计及主要流程等分别作了说明。
A CAN-based condition monitoring system for forklift truck is designed, which can monitor and collect online parameters of truck during operation, providing a basis for condition evaluation, hidden trouble diagnosis and maintenance. This paper presents its whole structure, hardware interface circuit and configuration, software design and operation.
