从“肾主生殖”角度评价腺嘌呤与氢化可的松诱导的肾阳虚模型 被引量:37

摘要 目的从"肾主生殖"角度,比较腺嘌呤诱导与氢化可的松诱导的SD大鼠肾阳虚模型的优劣,从而得到在形态学及性腺指标方面更符合中医"肾阳虚"证的动物模型,以供科研、教学使用。方法雄性SD大鼠100只,随机分成正常组、腺嘌呤组及氢化可的松低、中、高剂量组,每组20只。造模4周后通过HE染色,观察模型大鼠睾丸、精囊、前列腺、肾上腺、组织形态变化;放免法检测大鼠睾酮、雌二醇的改变情况。结果腺嘌呤制作的SD大鼠肾阳虚证动物模型在肾上腺、前列腺、精囊、睾丸组织形态改变及睾酮、雌二醇等性腺指标的变化较氢化可的松诱导组明显。结论腺嘌呤诱导的肾阳虚证SD大鼠模型在形态学与性腺指标方面更符合中医肾阳虚形态学表现。 Objective Compare the modeling method between Adenine and Hydrocortisone from kidney controlling reproduction, in order to obtain a better deficiency of kidney-yang animal model to use in scientific research and teaching. Methods 100 SD male rats were randomly devided into five groups: normal group, adenine group, hydrocortisone groups (high,middle,low dose). After 4 weeks,observe the morphologic change of testicle, glandula seminalis, glandula prostata, adrenal gland, E2. and T. Results The morphologic change and genitical gland index were obvious better in Adenine group than in hydrocortisone groups. Conclusion It is indicated that the model of deficiency of kidney-yang induced by Adenine is better than the hydrocortisone model from kidney controlling reproduction.
