摘要
利用SDS-PAGE方法对河南地区24份小麦新品种的高分子量谷蛋白亚基进行了分析,共检测到13种亚基和14种亚基组合,其高分子谷蛋白亚基品质得分在5~10分之间,平均得分7.57,以上结果基本反映了我省目前培育的小麦新品种的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成情况.
The high molecular weight glutenin subunits in twenty-four new wheat varieties in Henan area were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Thirteen subunh patterns and fourteen subunit combinations were detected. Payne scores ranged from 5 to 10 with an average of 7. 57, and the results basically reflected the compositions of the high molecular weight glutenin subunits of new wheat varieties in Henan Province now.
