摘要
目的:观察白芍木瓜灵仙汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将228例神经根型颈椎病按随机的方法分为两组,治疗组162例,口服白芍木瓜灵仙汤;对照组66例,口服根痛平冲剂。两组均于治疗1个疗程(2周)后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.3%,对照组71.2%,经统计学分析,P<0.01,两组有明显差异,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:白芍木瓜灵仙汤治疗神经根型颈椎病有确切疗效。
Objective: To observe curative effect of BAISHUOMUGUALINGXIANTANG(BSMGLXT,a TCM composition) curing cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.Methods: 228 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups,group A(therapg group,162 cases,BSMGLXT taken orally) and group B(control grouop,66 cases,GENTONGPINGCHONGJI(a TCM composition) by mouth).Curative effects of two groups were evaluated after a course of treatment(two weeks).Results: It showed that the total effective rates of two groups were 96.3% and 71.2% respectively,and analyzed by statistics,there had obvious discrepancy between them(P<0.01).Curative effect of group A was super to that of group B.Conclusion: It indicated that BSMGLXT had certain curative effect on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
