混凝法预处理糖精钠废水研究 被引量:11

摘要 无机混凝剂硫酸铝,硫酸铁分别与有机絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺配合使用处理糖精钠废水,并进行处理效果比较,结果表明,硫酸铝和聚丙烯酰胺配合使用的处理效果好,当硫酸铝投加量为3.2g/L,聚丙烯酰胺投加量为8mg/L,pH为6时,废水COD_(Cr)可从41300mg/L减小到16800mg/L,去除率达61%;Cu^(2+)浓度从32.73mg/L降至3.17mg/L,去除率达90.3%,且提高了BOD_5/COD_(Cr)值,强化了生物降解作用。 Wastewater containing saccharin sodium was treated by coagulation with inorganic coagulants, Al2 (SO4)3, Fe2 (SO4) 3, and in combination with organic coagulant PAM. The results showed that the treatment efficiency was higher by co-coagulant of Ah(SO4)3 and PAM than that by Fe2(SO4)3 and PAM. When the amount of Al2(SO4) 3 and PAM used were 3.2g/L and 8mg/L,and under the condition of pH6, CODcr in wastewater were reduced from 41 300mg/L to 16800mg/L, and concentration of Cu2+ ion was decreased from 32.73mg/L to 3.17mg/L. Their removal efficiencies were up to 61% and 90.3% respectively. The value of BOD5/CODcr was increased, and biode-gradation was improved.
